Coming from a behavioral health background, Melanie went on to earn her Masters in Human Centered Design and Engineering at the University of Washington. Her passion for healthcare and human behavior led her to Premera, where she brings a customer-centered perspective to teams responsible for guiding patients smoothly through the journey of health insurance.
