Andrew Miller

Andrew Miller has extensive experience in a broad range of projects for health care, non-profit, public, commercial, and residential clients. Mr. Miller has been responsible for a wide range of health care projects at SYA including Planned Parenthood Queens (winner of an AIA National Health Care Design Award and eight other awards), Master Plan of all Planned Parenthood Facilities in NYC, Mt. Sinai West Ambulatory Care Clinic in the Ansonia Building, New York Presbyterian Radiology Department, and several projects for NYU Langone Health including the Rehabilitation and Wellness Center and the West Side Ambulatory Care Practice. Mr. Miller has also been responsible for SYA’s numerous award-winning projects for the City of New York through Mayor Bloomberg’s Design Excellence Program, including the Central Harlem Health Center and the LEED Gold renovation and restoration of Chelsea Health Center.

Prior to joining SYA, Mr. Miller worked at Tannerhecht Architecture in San Francisco where he was responsible for numerous market rate multi-family residential and hospitality buildings, including high-rise and adaptive re-use projects.

Mr. Miller received a Bachelor of Architecture with Honors from Victoria University, Wellington, New Zealand.
