Creative Designer
Alexandra is an artist, designer and cartoonist focused on science communication, nature and pop culture and passionate about storytelling. As the Creative Designer at the Brigham Research Institute (BRI) at Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH) in Boston, her work tells the stories of science and medicine using visual communication. Her role involves a wide range of expertise and skills including creative direction, graphic medicine, web design, typography, graphic design, user experience design, usability testing, illustration and animation. 

Her art has appeared in group shows in Los Angeles for Monty Python, How Did This Get Made? and Focus Features, as well as in multiple issues of the Bob's Burgers Comic. When she isn't designing something or drawing, she's probably working on her next cosplay costume. Originally from Buffalo, New York, she now lives in Boston and is currently working on a graphic novel for children about mermaids.
